We have an exceptional opportunity in Melbourne or Singapore for an accomplished marketing leader to establish, guide and execute the strategic global marketing plan to ensure the brand and marketing initiatives are in line with each of our markets, the company’s values and strategic objectives.
You are the leader responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product and service offering. Supported by a team including a Creative Director and Marketing Executive, you will lead and champion the end-to-end marketing efforts across the business.
The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the workflow of project deliverables by collaborating with our country heads on localised go to market strategies to support sales growth, expansion of channels and customer influence, lead generation programs, engaging new and prospective clients through strong and effective digital and traditional marketing, clinical conferences events, PR and social media engagement.
This role will require the development of a deep clinical understanding of cardiac and patient care with a great need for you to be able to translate clinical information & data into engaging communications that can be understood by all stakeholders from internal staff to medical specialists in the field of cardiology.
This role is pivotal to our success. It will report directly to the Global CEO, is a valued member of the Global Leadership Team and the role can be based in either Melbourne or Singapore.

- Proven success in a similar Strategic Marketing leadership position (GM, Head or Director Marketing,) with over 2+ years’ experience
- The ability to translate technical / medical content into meaningful and understandable marketing messaging.
- Proven results in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans integrated across all marketing channels for an international organisation
- Demonstrable track record of achieving results through and in collaboration with others
- Demonstrated marketing experience in product and services positioning
- Minimum undergraduate Degree or Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- A sound understanding and demonstrated use of digital systems and tools including WordPress, Microsoft, Adobe, Google Analytics and SEO practices, as well as social media platforms
- Proven writing, content development and campaign outcomes
- Solid experience in developing brand, digital marketing transformation and data driven strategies utilising the latest trends and frameworks to drive new customer and retention growth targets
- Has expertise in effective management of allocated marketing budgets
